Overview

The LeCONTE Center at Pigeon Forge wanted a way to make it simple for both event planners and attendees to access information about booking, planning and attending on-site events.

the website was created on the Ektron CMS platform (now merged with Episerver) to host relevant information, segmented into the two primary audience segments: event planners, and event attendees.

For event planners, the website feature the relevant information needed to plan the event including floorplan and room information, facility photos, FAQs, and the downloadable LaCONTE Event owners Guide.

For event attendees, the site feature functionality to add an event to iCal, Outlook or Google calendars, Google map integration, and links to local attractions, restaurants and lodging.
